Germany Backs New Power Capacity Law to Stabilize Electricity Supply for Industry

The German government is creating incentives for new hydrogen-ready power plants that can provide electricity when wind and solar generation is insufficient. The capacity program is intended to strengthen grid reliability as renewable energy expands and protect energy-intensive industry from supply disruptions.
