Germany Completes 25.1% Acquisition of TenneT’s Domestic Power Grid Business

State development bank KfW has acquired a 25.1% stake in TenneT Germany on behalf of the federal government, giving Berlin a strategic holding in the country’s largest electricity transmission network.
