Low Rhine Water Threatens German Industry as Drought Disrupts Transport and Power Supplies

A prolonged drought has pushed water levels on the Rhine to critical lows, disrupting industrial supply chains and raising concerns about electricity availability as French nuclear plants also reduce output because of limited cooling capacity.
