Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt said the number of specialized federal police officers assigned to counter-drone operations will rise from about 150 to 300, while operational locations will double from four to eight following the discovery of an explosives-laden drone near a cargo aircraft at Leipzig/Halle Airport.
