German Chemical Industry Warns High Energy Costs Continue to Weigh on North Rhine-Westphalia

The German Chemical Industry Association says energy-intensive companies in the Ruhr region and Leverkusen continue to face electricity and gas costs that are uncompetitive internationally, and is calling for lower grid charges to help prevent production from gradually moving elsewhere.
