The Deutsche Post DHL Group has announced in Bonn that it will further automate its national parcel and mail sorting centers through the deployment of advanced robotics and artificial intelligence. Concurrently, the logistics conglomerate is investing massively in alternative propulsion systems for its delivery vehicle fleet to meet strict corporate climate targets and efficiently handle rising e-commerce parcel volumes.
